On September 14, also taking place in Opatija (Croatia), the First ARDF World Championship will for the blind will be held. That competition will be on 80 meters in an open area with no obstacles, following rules that the Croatian Amateur Radio Association developed in 1998 for competitions among clubs for the blind in that country.
